We have hotel blocks set up for the Great Lax Bay, The Grail/Mid-America and the Team Illinois Inv tournaments this summer. I highly recommend booking your rooms right away. Here are some things to consider...
- You do not have to book through our blocks. You can book your own rooms any way you like but our blocks will guarantee rooms with other West Side players and families. You are welcome to find closer and cheaper accommodations.
- Teams can coordinate with each other through email or teamsnap to stay at same hotels. West Side is not choosing which teams stay at which hotels.
- Blocks expire and will be released. Once released they may no longer be available. If you miss a block and want to stay at a certain hotel, you will need to contact them directly.
- Great Lax Bay, Saginaw blocks expire 2/24
- The Grail/Mid-America, Indy blocks expire 2/5
- Team Illinois, Rockford blocks expire 2/17

Summer 2023 HOTELS:
GREAT LAX BAY- Saginaw June 17/18.
These rooms are currently NOT RESERVED. They are only on hold temporarily until they are booked via your group’s booking link, provided below. Please forward this link to your group to reserve these rooms. DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. Rooms not reserved by end of the day on 2/17/2023 will be released from the hold block and returned to general inventory. Please contact HBC Event Services via email (support@hbceventservices.com) or phone (505-346-0522) if your group needs more rooms to be added or if you encounter any issues in the online booking process.
The coaches will be staying at The Bay Valley Resort & Conference Center. The drive is about 15-20 minutes but the hotel has indoor/outdoor pool, golf course, restaurant/bar and is less expensive. We have stayed here in the past and really enjoy it. We have already booked rooms at about $100 per night by calling directly.
